A repair shop responds with an offer
The event counts once, whether the offer is firm or conditional.

If no repair shop sends an offer you can act on, the event is reversed and doesn’t count.

Does Runbook take a share of the repair?: No. Your team selects the repair shop, authorizes the work and pays the shop directly. Runbook’s fee is the same for a quick fix or a major repair.
What happens after the free events?: Before Runbook contacts repair shops for your next event, an organization admin chooses a plan and pays through Stripe. Your report stays where you left it.
What if we need more events than the plan includes?: Each additional event is $149. You see the amount and confirm it before Runbook contacts repair shops, and it’s billed on your next invoice.
What if a payment fails?: Active events keep running. You have 30 days to update your payment method, and payment status never pauses coordination.
Can we cancel?: Yes. Contact us and your plan stays active through the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Do repair shops pay to join?: No. Repair shops, mobile mechanics and parts suppliers join free, and payment never affects which shops are matched to your event.
