SMS notification terms

The RunBook Provider Operations Notifications program is designed for invited provider representatives responding to time-sensitive aircraft events.

Effective August 15, 2026

Program and recipients

The initial SMS program is for invited maintenance-provider representatives who complete RunBook onboarding and separately choose to receive operational text notifications. It is not a public marketing list. Public SMS enrollment is currently closed, and entering a phone number elsewhere on this website does not subscribe anyone to text messages.

Messages you may receive

Messages may notify an opted-in provider representative about:

  • a service request that matches the provider’s curated profile;
  • a question, reminder, deadline, or response-status change;
  • operator selection and connection status; and
  • account, consent, security, or support information needed to use the program.

Messages contain limited operational context and may link to an authenticated RunBook page. A message does not diagnose a fault, authorize maintenance, prove acknowledgement, or create a commercial agreement.

How opt-in will work

When enrollment opens, an invited provider representative will enter a mobile number during authenticated onboarding and actively select a separate, unchecked consent control stating that RunBook Aviation may send recurring automated operational SMS notifications about provider opportunities and active-event coordination. The disclosure will link to these terms and the privacy policy, state that message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply, and explain how to use STOP and HELP.

Consent is specific to RunBook Aviation and the described operational program. Consent is not obtained through a pre-checked box, bundled with unrelated terms, or requested by an unsolicited text message. RunBook records the date and method of consent. Participation in SMS is optional; eligible communications may also be delivered in-app or by email.

Frequency, cost, and delivery

Message frequency varies. During an active aircraft event, multiple messages may be sent as opportunities, questions, availability, and connection status change. Outside an active event, a participant may receive no messages. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier and network availability.

STOP and HELP

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from the program. RunBook will send a confirmation and stop further program messages to that mobile number unless the participant later completes a valid re-enrollment. Reply HELP for program help and a support route. Other commonly recognized opt-out and help keywords may also be honored by the messaging platform.
